PROJECT SUMMARY:                                                                                       

Roosevelt Elementary was built in 1911 and has 29 classrooms on its 4.5 acre campus.  The school will be renovated and new construction of the Roosevelt school, built in 1911.  Full scope of work will be developed based on Architect's evaluation and design.  Design documents will be finalized in early summer.
